Located at the western end of the world-famous Hastings Street, these tastefully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartments are uniquely positioned across the road from the golden sand and surf of Main Beach & Laguna Bay. We are on the Noosa River and nestled on the edge of the Noosa Woods Reserve. A perfect location for your rest & rejuvenation. Perfect for Couples or Families. We have a private, secure undercover Car Park for our Guests (one vehicle per apartment - 2 metres high restriction), plus a Public Car Park in front of our Office. All Apartments have a tiled balcony, perfect to catch the serene sunsets and sea breezes. Free unlimited WiFi is available. Noosa is approximately a 1 hour, 45 minutes drive north of Brisbane Airport and 30 minutes north of the Sunshine Coast’s domestic Airport, which is located near Maroochydore. DIRECT BOOKINGS - FLEXIBLE POLICY: A valid credit card is required to be held as security for each booking. • We accept Master Card, Visa Card and AMEX - an additional 1.5% Credit Card Bank Fee will be applied to all credit cards. Flexible 14 days • The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged a non-refundable deposit equal to the total reservation price 14 days before arrival. Flexible - 30 days (Xmas, Easter, Noosa Triathlon) • The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged a non-refundable deposit equal to the total reservation price 14 days before arrival. NO SHOW POLICY: If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation. If the guest chooses to arrive after the confirmed arrival date or depart before the confirmed departure date. - NO REFUND shall be issued. VALID REFUNDS will only be issued to the booking name and credit card used to make the booking. OUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS FIRM, AND WE RECOMMEND THAT ALL GUESTS TAKE OUT ADEQUATE TRAVEL INSURANCE TO COVER THE LOSS OF DEPOSIT OR ACCOMMODATION CHARGES SHOULD THE CANCELLATION POLICY BE APPLIED. Please read the following conditions carefully. Each person signing these conditions on arrival (“the Guest”) acknowledges and agrees that these conditions apply and extend to any person (also referred to as “Guest”) occupying or visiting the apartment or complex and/or using the facilities in the complex at the invitation of or with the authority of the Guest. 1. The guest may be required to pay a $500 cash bond, and identification in the form of a Driver's Licence or Passport will be required on check-in to cover any damages or charges. 2. The Guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by the Guest together with all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the apartment and its contents or the Body Corporate property caused by the Guest. 3. There is a maximum of one car space per booking, which is secure and locked under the building - we have a garage height of 2M. 4. The maximum number of guests included in the tariff is as follows. 1 Bedroom Apartment – Up to 2 guests per booking. 2 Bedroom Apartment – Up to 4 guests per booking. Additional guests are welcome and, subject to the maximum number of guests able to be accommodated in any individual apartment, will be charged $50 per person per night. If additional beds or cots are required, further charges will apply for these items. 5. Neither the Body Corporate, the Manager, nor the apartment owner is liable for any damage or loss of property that the Guest may sustain while on the complex. 6. The complex's by-laws, rules, regulations and any reasonable direction of the Manager must be complied with. The apartment must be vacated if, after receiving a warning, the Guest fails to comply. 7. The Manager may inspect the apartment at any time with reasonable notice and without notice if the Manager believes there has been a breach of these conditions. 8. Whilst care is taken to ensure that the description of facilities at TWO ON HASTINGS Noosa is accurate, we cannot be held responsible for any misinterpretation. 9. If any feature or facility is essential to the guest’s requirements, we recommend that the guest verify this with the reservation staff at the time of booking. 10. The guest authorises the Manager to charge the credit card provided for the booking for any loss, damage, or monetary contribution for which the Guest is liable under this document or otherwise. 11. If the occupancy ends or is terminated, the Guest must immediately vacate the apartment. The Manager is authorised to do whatever is required to enforce the eviction of the Guest and removal of the Guest’s property. 12. Animals or pets are not to be brought onto the premises except guide dogs or assistance dogs with valid documents. 13. An additional charge of $100 will apply for any lost or damaged keys. 14. Properties throughout the Noosa area are continuously being renovated in the same complex or nearby properties. This is beyond our control; neither the management nor owners can be held accountable for what another owner does on his property. If work is being carried out in our building, we will endeavour to minimise the disturbance to our guests. 15. No responsibility will be taken for disturbances or inconveniences from neighbouring buildings. 16. The minimum age for a Guest to book an apartment is 21 years, and the manager must sight legal proof of age documents before obtaining entrance to the apartment. 17. All guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or an individual over the age of 21. We reserve the right to refuse any booking if the legal guardian, who is over 21, cannot provide a current photo ID before arrival. 18. The guest agrees to pay the daily rate on an apartment for any downtime on the apartment caused by damage by the guest. (i.e., Apartment cannot be rented out) 19. Requests for specific apartments are a REQUEST only, and although every effort will be made to meet the request, we cannot always guarantee that you will receive the requested apartment due to factors out of our control.
