Please note 2 days before arriving the full payment of your stay will be taken. Please note on checkin a valid credit card will be required for a preauthorization. Kindly note that check-in is from 2.00pm and checkout is before 10.00am. Earlier arrival and later departure times can be arranged, subject to availability. Please note reception hours are 8am to 6pm Monday to Fridays, 9am to 6pm Saturday, 9am to 3pm Sunday and Public Holidays. If you are arriving outside these hours, please provide your mobile contact number for the reservations team to arrange late key box instructions prior to your arrival day. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a fee of the first night’s stay. No shows will incur a cancellation fee equal to the fully booked stay.
