*Please note that the reception closes at 3pm weekdays and 1pm weekends and public holidays. If you are checking in outside these hours you need to contact our office to arrange final payment and instructions on how to access your key. Please note: We are closed Christmas Day and can not accept any Arrivals or Departures on this day. CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT & PAYMENT POLICY GENERAL Bookings cancelled or modified more than 14 days before arrival date, will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee. Payment for accommodation may be charged 14 days prior to arrival. If cancelled or modified 0-14 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. For bookings made within 14 days of arrival the full tariff will be charged on booking. PEAK PERIODS Deposit of 100% is applicable during peak season times. Bookings cancelled or modified up to 30 days before arrival date, will incur loss of deposit as a cancellation fee. Payment for accommodation may be charged 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled or modified later, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the full tariff will be charged on booking. Unless otherwise advised by you, in writing immediately, acceptance and agreement to this cancellation policy is assumed.
