SPECIAL CONDITIONS Guests are responsible for their family & friends at all times. All occupants must be registered with reception in case of emergency & sign COVID Declaration. There is a No Party or Excessive Noise Policy. Guests will be asked to vacate the premises immediately without refund if this policy is breached. There is a No Smoking Policy within the building or on Common Property. Aggressive or unacceptable behavior to anyone on the premises will not be tolerated and guests or visitors will be asked to leave the premises without refund of monies paid. Guests suspected of carrying on illegal acts will be asked to leave the premises and appropriate authorities will be notified. Monies paid will be forfeited. BOOKING Same Day Bookings allowed up until 2 hrs before Check-in closes. NO CHECK-INS after 9PM. $300 Deposit will be taken at the time of booking. A Security Deposit of $500 cash or credit card will be taken at the time of Check-in to cover extra cleaning costs/ damage or the like. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival for Peak and Special Event bookings & 7 days prior to arrival for all other bookings. Photo ID will be asked for on use of a credit card and check-in. We don't accept cheques or money orders or foreign currency. Reservations from a person under the age of 18 (considered an unaccompanied minor in the travel industry) are not accepted at Allure Mooloolaba. We highly recommend that you take out Travel Insurance at the time of booking to cover any unforeseen circumstances. Travel Insurance can be purchased through any travel agent. CANCELLATION POLICY Please check with reception or website. Early Departure or no-shows Early departure or No-shows will be charged the full accommodation cost of the original booking unless Special Circumstances exist RECEPTION AVAILABLE Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5.30 pm Saturday - Sunday 8.30 am - 10.30 am (Closed Christmas Day and Good Friday) If cancelled 0 - 7 days before arrival, a $200.00 cancellation fee will be charged / If cancelled 7 or more days before arrival, a $0.00 cancellation fee will be charged If amended 0 - 7 days before arrival, a $45.00 amendment fee will be charged
