Terms & Conditions

Low Season – The guest can cancel for free until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel within the 14 days before arrival. Holiday Season & Peak Season – The guest can cancel for fee until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel within the 30 days before arrival. For direct bookings on peak season, a prepayment of the first night of the reservation at the time of booking will be charged. All cancellations must be in writing. For amendment or cancellation of your booking, please contact us on (02) 6670 0900 or bookings@thebeachcabarita.com.au.” Proof of your address is required ( ie: Drivers Licence in the booking name) We require to site your credit card that was used to make the booking and we also require a pre-authorisation for security at check in. Two Bedroom Apartments – $250.00 security deposit Three Bedroom and Sub Penthouse Apartments – $500.00 security deposit Three and Four Bedroom Apartments – $1000.00 security deposit. We always recommend you take out travel insurance at time of booking and contact the property should your travel plans change. Third Party Bookings Third parties are required to follow the cancellation policy set out according to your booking on their site. If you booked through a travel agent, online booking platform or other third party, please contact your booking provider directly who will explain the options for modification, cancellation or credit voucher applicable to your booking. Please contact us should you have any questions, concerns or would like to make a booking or amendment. Terms, conditions and privacy policy: Arrival and Departure Check In – 1400 hours Check Out – 1000 Hours Our office are Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700, Saturday 0900 to 1700 and Sunday 0900 to 1600. If arriving outside of these hours, please contact reservations on the day prior to closing of the reception and the will provide information to access our after hours safe. Payment Policy – For reservations Low Season - Full payment will be taken 14 days prior to arrival. For Mid & High Season – Special Event & School Holidays – Full payment will be taken 30 days prior to arrival. For direct bookings, a prepayment of the first night of the reservation at the time of booking will be charged. We accept AMEX, Visa and Mastercard. Visa and Mastercard payments attract a 1.5% credit card surcharge: Amex 1.75% Security Deposit – A security deposit is payable on arrival with a pre authorisation of your Visa or Mastercard Credit Card. Visa and Mastercard Debit Card holders will be required to pay a security deposit by cash. Non Guarantee of requested apartments by “specific” apartment number – Whilst every consideration is taken into account for requests, due to possible unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee specific apartment numbers. Peaceful Enjoyment For All Guests – We have a Zero tolerance to parties and excessive noise. Any guests failing to comply and disrupting other guests Peaceful Enjoyment will be removed from the property immediately, without refund and without apology. All Guests reserving apartments must be 18 years or over and be accompanied by a responsible Adult over 25. Sorry but we are NOT pet friendly. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual “Schoolies Week” period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
