TERMS & CONDITIONS The number of guests in your accommodation at any time after 10:00pm may not exceed the number of persons booked. Any persons exceeding this number will be considered as trespassers. Any day visitors must register at Reception. If any complaints are received by us for either noise, use of unacceptable language or any behaviour considered unacceptable by the resort, a call out fee of $80 will be charged to your security bond and you will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Your accommodation tarriff and/or security deposit will not be refunded. Any unpaid accounts (including accommdation charges, telephone, hire items etc), extra cleaning, breakages, damages to the room shall be charged to your credit card unless other arrangements are made. Check out is at 10am. Failure to check out at this time will result in a late charge of $25 per hour until 12pm and after that the total night accommodation will be incurred. There is absolutely no glass to be taken into the pool area of the leisure centre at any time. No dogs are allowed on the premises at any time during your stay. Any monies or other valuable, goods or vehicles that belong to you or your guests and are brought in or on the property (homes, grounds or carpark) remain your responsibility. This establishment shall not be liable to any guests or invitee/s of a guest for any loss, damage or destruction to any personal property brought upon these premises by the said guest or invitee. Without limiting the foregoing personal property shall include money jewellery and other personal effects and motor vehicles parked on premises. Lost property items will be held at the resort for a total 14 days before being disposed.
