Beaches International's Terms and Conditions *Bookings made more than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% deposit the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to your arrival. *Bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged in full. Cancellation Policy : Deposits are refundable if the booking is cancelled at least 30 days prior to the intended arrival date. If under 30 days there will be no refund of the deposit amount. Christmas holiday cancellations must be at least 90 days prior to arrival date. If cancelled with less than 7 days notice full payment will be taken. Covid-19 Cancellation Policy: If the government implements restrictions on regional travel and you are required to cancel we will offer a full refund of your deposit or you can choose to keep your deposit in our system to use for a future booking.*All rooms are non smoking *No Party Policy - please consider other guests and keep noise to a minimum. *NO PETS ALLOWED *ALL APARTMENTS ARE NON SMOKING Check-in time is 2pm (3pm Christmas School Holidays) and Check-out time is 10am ( 9am during Christmas School Holidays). All our apartments are fully self contained and are therefore not serviced daily. All linen is supplied, however, please bring a beach towel for the pool, spa or beach.
