Check-in / Check-out Check-in: From 1:00 PM Check-out: By 10:00 AM Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. Identification & Security A valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in. A security bond or credit card pre-authorisation may be held for the duration of your stay to cover any incidental charges or damages. Deposit & Payment Policy A $200 deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged 7 days prior to arrival to your nominated credit card. For bookings made within 7 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking. Christmas / New Year Bookings A $400 deposit is required for stays over the Christmas/New Year period. The remaining balance will be processed 14 days prior to arrival. Bookings made within this 14-day window will be charged in full at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival are eligible for a full refund less a $40 administration fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable, unless at the Manager’s discretion. No-shows will incur the full booking charge. Group Bookings For group bookings, a minimum 14 days’ notice is required for cancellations to receive a full refund (less the admin fee). A lead guest must be nominated and is responsible for all guests, damages, and group conduct. Check-Outs When you are leaving there is a letterbox for the keys in the entry at reception under the stairwell. Or if you are driving out, there is also a letterbox for keys at the Burnett Street exit. For early departures this is the only exit as the front gate will be closed. We hope you have enjoyed your stay, see you next time. Safe travels home. Please leave the apartment in a tidy state. Any excessive cleaning will be an added expense. Please give the unit a general tidy and please take all rubbish and to the bins located at the front and back entries. There is a sign on the fence for the Bin Areas. Only guests names are permitted to stay overnight, management reserves the right to evict all occupants if this is not adhered too. Other Important Info Smoking and pets are strictly not permitted.
