PAYMENT POLICY: No payment is required at the time of booking, but we do require credit card details to secure your booking. Please pay directly to the Property on arrival. Your credit card will not be processed until you arrive or unless the cancellation policy applies. Tariffs include 15% GST and may be subject to change. If your booking is Non-Refundable/Non-Changeable, your credit card will be charged at any time after your booking is confirmed. CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE: A surcharge of 2% (American Express and Diners Club will attract a surcharge of 3%) will apply to all credit card payments. Alternatively you may wish to pay by cash or Eftpos which will not incur a surcharge. CANCELLATION POLICY: If your plans change for some reason, we do understand and ask that you let us know as soon as possible. Cancellation/amendments must be made before 14:00, 24 hrs prior to arrival or a charge of one night's accommodation will be made to your nominated credit card. No changes can be made to Non-Changeable/Non-Refundable reservations. CHILD POLICY: Children aged 2 years or less stay free if extra bedding is not required.
