PAYMENT POLICY: No payment is required at the time of booking, but we do require credit card details to secure your booking. Please pay directly to the Property on arrival. Your credit card will not be processed until you arrive or if the cancellation policy applies. If your booking is Non-Refundable/Non-Changeable, your credit card will be charged at any time after your booking is confirmed. CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE: A surcharge of 1.5% (American Express and Diners Club will attract a surcharge of 3%) will apply to all credit card payments. Alternatively you may wish to pay by cash or Eftpos which will not incur a surcharge. CANCELLATION POLICY: If your plans change for some reason, we do understand and ask that you let us know as soon as possible. No cancellation charge applies for cancellation / amendments made before 2pm up to two days prior to arrival. The cancellation charge is the full amount of the first night’s accommodation. Individual properties' cancellation policies may differ for seasonal or special events. Cancellations or changes are not permitted for Non-changeable/Non-Refundable bookings. CHILD POLICY: Children under age of 2 years or less are free if extra bedding is not required. Any child requiring extra bedding will be charged at the extra person rate.
