PAYMENT POLICY: Credit card details are required to secure booking. Your credit card will not be processed until you arrive or if the cancellation policy applies. If your booking is Non-Refundable/Non-Changeable, your credit card will be charged at any time after your booking is confirmed. CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE: A surcharge of 1.5% (American Express and Diners Club will attract a surcharge of 3%) will apply to all credit card payments. Alternatively you may wish to pay by cash or Eftpos which will not incur a surcharge. CANCELLATION POLICY: If your plans change for some reason, we do understand, and ask that you let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations/amendments must be made before 2pm, 48 hours prior to arrival or a charge of one night’s accommodation will be made to your nominated credit card if your room cannot be re-let. Not showing up will incur a charge of one night’s accommodation. If, after checking in, your stay is shortened a charge of up to one night's accommodation may be made. Cancellations or changes are not permitted for Non-changeable/Non-Refundable bookings. GROUP POLICY: Children under age of 2 years or less are free if extra bedding is not required. Any child requiring extra bedding will be charged at the extra person rate. Porta cots and high chairs are usually available on request. An extra charge may apply. CHECK-IN POLICY: Check in time from 2.00pm - 7.00pm. Check Out time 10.00am. Outside these hours by arrangement only. Reception hours: Monday - Friday 7.30am - 7.00 pm.
