By arriving at the property, guests & visitors are deemed to have accepted the terms & conditions outlined below. PAYMENT POLICY - No payment is required at the time of booking, but we do require credit card details to secure your booking. Please note that use of a Debit card in lieu of a Credit card may result in your booking being cancelled. Your credit card will not be processed until you arrive or if prior, only once the cancellation policy applies. Please note a credit card surcharge may apply (see below). If your booking is Non-Refundable/Non-Changeable, your credit card will be charged at any time after your booking is confirmed. CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancellation policies vary. When booking, please check the terms and conditions within the booking process to confirm the cancellation for that applies. When booking by phone, or in person, please check with your hosts. CHILD POLICY - Children of any age are welcome but must have their own bed. Occupancy laws prevent us from allowing 2 adults & 1 child in the same bed. To see correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your booking. Cot policy. 0 - 2 years. Free cot use upon request for One Bedroom Unit Bookings only. All cots are subject to availability. BEDDING REQUESTS - There are no extra beds available at this property. SMOKING POLICY - Smoking/Vaping is NOT permitted in any units. Smoking/Vaping is offsite please. If smoke is detected inside a unit there will be a charge to restore the unit to its non smoking status. NOISE - Group gatherings & excessive noise are not permitted at any time. Guests are responsible for their visitors' behaviour and we ask that all guests are offsite before 10pm. We also request a quiet time between 10pm & 7am out of respect for other staying guests. COOKING - If using the electric fry pan, please open the door while cooking. An extra cleaning fee may apply if strong cooking smells are detected in the room upon departure in order to return the room to it's previous state. CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE - A surcharge of will apply to all credit card payments. Please note that there is a 2.8% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card.
