Belvedere Apartments is ideally situated for easy access to all that Wanaka and the Otago region have to offer. There is an abundance of exciting all year round activities for all ages, including water sports, tramping, skiing, snow boarding, off road scenic tours, flight seeing, skydiving, horse riding and much more. All apartments are self-serviced and self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. All apartments have balconies or patios overlooking the gardens, with many having lake or mountain views.

Payment Policy Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on arrival (if not paid prior). Recovery charges may apply if your account is not paid on time. Cancellation Policy Any cancellations within 72 hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the reservation value. Please note separate cancellation terms apply for the following dates: Winter – 25 June to 15 October. Summer – 24 December to 1 February For any bookings within these dates, one month’s notice is required for any cancellations. If the booking is cancelled within 1 month of arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% of the Reservation total will apply. It is recommended that you have travel insurance to cover cancellations in unfortunate circumstances. Child Policy Please note children and infants must be included when making a booking. Children aged 2 years and under stay free of charge when using existing bedding or an available baby cot. Please contact the property at the time of booking if you require this. Guest Responsibility Policy The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons in their party (including visitors) whilst on the property; all visitors must leave the property by 10.30pm. Any guest causing a disturbance that may be affecting another guest’s right to quiet enjoyment can be asked to leave at their own expense Any charges incurred will be made to the registered guest’s credit or debit card account Room Condition Policy If your room is left in an unsatisfactory state, this includes excessive rubbish, misuse of apartment/complex property. Any unhygienic uncleanliness, soiling, excessive mess or odour, including the kitchen area, which causes unwarranted cleaning time by housekeeping staff or contractors, Belvedere Apartments reserves the right to charge for the cost of cleaning, charges will be made to the registered guest’s credit or debit card account. If any repairs or replacements are required to restore Belvedere Apartments or property to normal condition, charges will be made to the registered guest’s credit or debit card account Damage Policy Damage to Belvedere Apartments’ property and any costs associated with such, that results in loss of income to Belvedere Apartments, will be charged to the registered guest’s credit or debit card account. Refer to Room Condition Policy Smoking Policy Smoking inside at Belvedere Apartments is prohibited. Please smoke outside and use the ashtrays provided. Smoking inside will incur a $300 charge to the registered guest’s credit or debit card Refer to Room Condition Policy Cooking Policy The cooking of fish, shellfish, curries and other strong-smelling foods is not permitted. The cooking of strong smelling foods in the apartment will incur a $300.00 charge and will be charged to the registered guest’s credit or debit card. Refer to Room Condition Policy. Check In Policy Check in: 2pm - 6.30pm Please let us know the estimated time of arrival when making your booking. Check-Out: 10am or prior. If you would like a late check-out, please make your request 24hours prior, this request will depend on forward bookings.
