Please read these conditions carefully. By making a booking each person acknowledges and agrees that these conditions apply and extend to any person (also referred to as "guest") occupying or visiting the apartment or complex and/or using the facilities in the complex at the invitation of or with the authority of the guest. Booking & Payment: For standard bookings, the full balance will be processed anytime from 48 hours prior to arrival (usually on the morning of your check-in). For peak periods (including school holidays, Christmas/New Year, and major events), a 50% deposit will be charged 14 days prior to arrival. Christmas and New Year bookings may require a pre-authorisation or cash bond. Cancellations: Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours prior to arrival for standard bookings. For peak periods, a 50% cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 14 days of the check-in date. Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is from 2:30 PM and check-out is by 10:30 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance with reception. Booking Restrictions: Group bookings are not permitted unless approved in advance by management. Guest Responsibilities: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Charges will apply for repair or replacement of damaged items. Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in eviction without refund. A security call-out fee will apply for lockouts or disturbances requiring staff attendance. General: By confirming a booking, guests agree to comply with all property policies and terms. 1.43% credit card merchant fee will apply.
