Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Apartments located opposite Clarkes Beach, near The Pass, The Lighthouse and National Park walking tracks. They sleep 4 - 5 people comfortably. The relaxed beach house feel is real! Open plan living and dining areas incorporate a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own fresh meals with the best of Byron's local produce. You can put the car away with off street secure parking and walk to everything Byron Bay has to offer. The beach is a few minutes walk across the road, shops and restaurants only 1 km away. WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE SCHOOL LEAVERS.
The full balance of accommodation is payable 30 days prior to arrival and we will notify you in advance when this payment is due. Final balances are debited from the Credit Card supplied on reservation. We accept Visa or MasterCard only. All bookings subject to 1.5% credit card surcharge when paid on credit card. A valid Credit Card or $1000 bond will be kept as security. Cancellation Policy In the event of cancellation, a refund of the deposit (less an administration fee of $100), will only be made if more than 30 days is given *this is applicable to direct bookings only. If you booked through a third party their cancellation policy applies to your booking. Late Arrival If you are arriving after 5.00 pm Monday to Friday or 2.30 pm on weekends will will send you instructions about your arrival and where to pick up keys.
