Cancellation and prepayment policies Low Seasons: The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged one night of the total accommodation if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price. The guest will be charged a non refundable prepayment of 1 night of the total price in the 3 days before arrival. The balance of the accommodation will be processed on the morning prior to arrival. High & Mid Seasons: All School holidays Australian & New Zealand, Easter, Noosa Triathlon. The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged one night of the total accommodation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price. The guest will be charged a non refundable prepayment of 1 night of the total price in the 14 days before arrival. The balance of the accommodation will be processed on the morning prior to arrival.
