Cancellation and prepayment policies Low Seasons: The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price. The guest may be charged a prepayment of the first night in the 3 days before arrival. The balance of the accommodation will be processed on the morning of arrival. High & Mid Seasons: All School holidays Australian & New Zealand, Easter, Noosa Triathlon. The guest can cancel free of charge until 21 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 1 night of the total price if they cancel in the 21 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price. The guest will be charged a non refundable prepayment of 1 night of the total price in the 21 days before arrival. The balance of the accommodation will be processed on the morning prior to arrival.
