Andew and Kylie have re bought The Carrick Lodge Motel in late 2025 after selling back in 2021. We missed Cromwell and all of our guests that we have returned. Payment Bookings by telephone and on-line will only be confirmed with a valid credit card number and expiry date. Credit card details are for the confirmation of your booking only. You may pay by other methods on arrival or departure. Payment by credit card incurs a 2.9% surcharge. Cancellation Our Standard Cancellation & Amendment Policy: We ask, with respect, that cancellations or amendments are advised no later than 48 hours prior to 2pm on the date of arrival. Cancelling within the 48 hours or not showing for your booking may see the credit card provided charged for the total stay. Child A child is a person therefore the additional person surcharge applies. Check In Arrangements must be made for check in outside office hours. Smoking: As this is a smoke free complex. Please smoke outside away from open windows, doors and other guests, especially children. In the event of someone having smoked in the room we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest. We reserve the right to charge cleaning cost or loss of income in the event of any damage to room, furniture or bodily fluids to the registered guest. Check out is 10am, if you are have not vacated your room by 11am then an extra full nights accommodation will be charge to the registered guest. General: Visitors are permitted at the management discretion. The registered guest is responsible for the behavior of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behavior resulting in loss of income to the motel, will be charged to the registered guest.
