Coral Sands Beachfront Resort Booking Terms & Conditions Reservation Confirmation: All reservations made at Coral Sands Beachfront Resort are subject to availability and confirmation. A reservation is considered confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation email or written communication from the resort. Payment: 2.1. A deposit equivalent to the first night’s charge is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. 2.2. The remaining balance must be settled 7 days prior to check-in or as per the terms specified during the booking process. Cancellation Policy: 3.1. Cancellation made 7 days or more prior to the check-in date is free of charge. 3.2. Cancellation made within 7 days of the check-in date or no-show will result in a charge equivalent to the full reservation cost. Amendment of Reservation Dates: 4.1. Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 4.2. Any reduction in the length of stay or early check-out will not result in a refund for the unused nights. Check-In and Check-Out: 5.1. Check-in time is 1400 and check-out time is 1000. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 5.2. Valid government-issued identification and a valid credit card are required at check-in for incidentals and security purposes. Occupancy: 6.1. The maximum occupancy for each room type must not be exceeded. Additional charges may apply for exceeding the maximum occupancy. 6.2. Children under the age of 2 years can stay in the room for free using existing bedding. Resort Policies: 7.1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the resort, including guest rooms. Designated smoking areas are available at the front of the resort near the letter boxes. 7.2. Pets are not allowed on the resort premises. 7.3. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property during their stay. Force Majeure: Coral Sands Beachfront Resort shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government actions. Liability: Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coral Sands Beachfront Resort from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their stay at the resort. Privacy: Guest information will be stored and processed in accordance with our privacy policy. Personal and payment information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland. By making a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
