Contact reception for catering requests inside 7 days - Bookings within 48 hours of arrival, contact reception - For earlier or later bump in requests. contact reception - For weekends or Evenings (after 5pm). contact reception - Deposit due withing 7 days of booking, failure to provide deposit will result in booking cancellation. Cancellations Cancellations of functions must be advised in writing. In the event of cancelled the following policies will apply: - 2 MONTHS NOTICE Deposit will be refunded in full - 1 MONTHS NOTICE 50% of your deposit will be refunded. - 2 WEEKS NOTICE Deposit will be forfeited. - LESS THAN 1 WEEK'S NOTICE Deposit will NOT be refunded. Full payment of the estimated cost of the function will be incurred.
