Terms & Conditions

Eumarella Shores Noosa Lake Retreat Conditions of Booking and Occupancy Please read these conditions carefully. Payment of the deposit or total fee constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. On arrival each person checking in ("the Guest") acknowledges and agrees that these conditions apply and extend to any person (also referred to as ("Guest") occupying or visiting the cottage/lakehouse or property and/or using the facilities at the invitation of or with the authority of the Guest. 1. Charges must be paid by bank transfer or credit card to obtain check in instructions and before occupancy commences unless special prior arrangements have been made. Credit card details are required as security prior to check-in and will be debited if any loss or damage to property is incurred. 2. The Guest will be liable for payment of any charges for goods or damages incurred during stay to the cottage/lakehouse or the Body Corporate property. An extra cleaning charge will apply if the cottage / lakehouse is left in an unreasonable state. 3. As per our Cancellation Policy there is no refund for early departure. 4. Only number of people paid for may stay in cottage/lakehouse overnight. 5.Special conditions and charges apply for weddings, conferences and functions. Management must be notified at time of booking of any intended event. 6. Cottage/Lakehouse must not be used for any unlawful purpose. 7. Noise is to be kept to a minimum at all times and not be audible beyond your accommodation after 11pm. 8. Strictly no animals or pets are allowed. 9.Smoking and vaping only permitted outside. Dispose of butts responsibly to avoid combustion and bushfires. 10. Neither the owner/manager nor Body Corporate is responsible for any damage or loss of property that a guest may sustain whilst on the property. 11. The by-laws, rules and regulations of the property and any reasonable direction of the owner/manager must be complied with. 12. The cottage/lakehouse must be vacated if after receiving a warning the guest fails to comply. The Manager may inspect the cottage/lakehouse at any time with reasonable notice or if the manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions.
