Please, no loud music, or gathering with drinks. This is a home that is not suitable for any of these activities. Please think of the neighbours while you are staying. Quiet hours: 9pm - 7am - Please avoid disturbing the onsite managers or reception desk. Get in touch with Finespot if you need anything please. - This is a non-smoking apartment building. If you must take a cigarette, please kindly do so on street. Smoking inside the room will incur a fine. - Please follow the rules and signs in the complex. eg. Parking limit, facility hours etc. - Strictly no glass near pool area. - Do not hang any items over the balcony or shared walls, this includes any clothes or beddings / towels. - If you have accidentally spilled something outside of the unit, such as on the stairway or hall, please clean it up. Other people may slip and injure themselves. Lock-out: If you have locked yourself out, a lockout fee of $60.00 (10AM to 4PM), or $90.00 after 4pm payable upon arrival. If you have misplaced the keys, there will be costs for key replacement (they cost a fortune + long time to arrive) plus other charges (eg. lock change etc). Preferable if they are not lost.
