We have our own direct access to the beach so you are only a few steps away from the warm sand and crashing waves. Theme parks are 30 minutes drive, the airport is 15 minutes and Gold Coast's largest mall is only 7 minutes away. Terms & Conditions

Deposit & Payment Policy : There is no deposit required at the time of booking. Payment is required 7 days prior to arrival, or 30 days prior to arrival for bookings with an arrival date between Dec 15th and Jan 26th. If payment is not received by the due date, bookings cannot be held and will be cancelled. Our preferred method for the payment is via a direct bank transfer. Bank details will be on your booking confirmation. If you prefer to pay by credit card (Visa & Mastercard only), bank surcharges of between 1.00% and 1.42% may be incurred. A link for paying by credit card will be on your booking confirmation. Cancellation Policy : For bookings cancelled 7 days prior to arrival, there will a full refund of any payments made. There will be no refund for bookings cancelled within 7 days of arrival, no shows & early departures. For bookings with an arrival date between Dec 15th and Jan 26th, if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, there will be a full refund of any payments made. There will be no refund for bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival, no shows & early departures. Pre-Authorisation ; On the day of arrival, a $200 Pre-Authorisation is put on hold on the credit card on the reservation, which is released on the day of departure, once the apartment has been inspected. Please note Foreshore Apartments may terminate a booking agreement by giving at least 30 days written notice to the guest, as per the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008.
