Genesis Holiday Apartments is a 16 Storey apartment building catering to holiday guests as well as residents who wish to stay longer in a holiday resort environment. It is equipped with all the conveniences and facilities to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The apartments comprise two and three bedroom units, all fully furnished and equipped for you to just move in and start your holiday. They are each more spacious than the average two and three bedroom apartments in the Gold Coast vicinity and located in a very convenient part of the city. Walking distances to most attractions in Surfers Paradise and and easily accessible to other attractions in the Gold Coast by tram or other forms of public transport. The building is managed by a professional team of friendly staff dedicated to making sure your holiday stay is amazing.
A deposit of 30% of the total Cost will be deducted from the nominated Credit Card and a Confirmation Email sent within 24 Hours to confirm booking. A security bond of $200 per apartment is required upon check in via debit or credit card. This is to cover for any damage or incidentals. Should there be none, the bond will be automatically refunded into the bank account within two to five business days. Cancellation Policy If a booking is cancelled with more than 28 days notice during all seasons, guests receive a refund of their deposit less a $50.00 administrative fee. If a booking is cancelled within 14 days of arrival during low season or 28 days of arrival during all other seasons, guests will forfeit their deposit. If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of arrival during low season or 7 days of arrival during all other seasons, guests will forfeit their deposit AND will also be responsible for paying the remaining balance if the unit is not able to be re-let for the total period of the original booking. GUESTS TO NOTE Do not lose keys. Replacement charge of $80 applies for each lost set. If you have a car, park in your designated car lot only. No smoking inside unit. No loud noises after 9.00pm. $75 call-out charge applies if management has to attend to noise complaints. Check out by 10.00am. Return unit in clean and tidy condition. Otherwise, extra cleaning charges may apply.
