Full payment is required 7 days prior to arrival. The credit card used for pre-payment must be presented on your arrival for security during your stay. A credit card will be required on arrival, if not already supplied, and the number will be kept on file for the duration of your stay. CHECK IN time is FROM 2PM. Please contact our Reception if you are planning on arriving earlier but please note that access to your apartment cannot be guaranteed until 2PM. Should you be arriving after office hours, please contact us for information regarding availability to access keys to your apartment. CHECK OUT time is 10AM. If you require a later checkout, this will be subject to availability. If a later checkout is available there may be a charge. If checking out when reception is closed there is a “KEY DROP” slot on side of the office. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that we highly recommend Travel Insurance to all guests. You have up to 7 days prior to arrival to cancel your booking with no penalty. To change the booking for another time, 7 days prior to arrival this can be done without penalty subject to availability. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival you will forfeit all moneys paid. PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept ‘schoolies’ if you make a booking and you are under 18, or if you make a booking on behalf of an under 18-year-old person, we reserve the right not to accept this booking at the establishment and you will be turned away with no refund. REFUND POLICY: If funds have been paid and the arrival date is outside of 7 days prior to arrival our cancellation policy applies. If funds have been paid and the arrival date is inside 7 days no refund will apply.
