When making a booking, we require a valid credit card to confirm your booking with us. a. A deposit equal to 1 night's accommodation is payable upon booking, to confirm the booking, and the remainder is charged to your credit card on the day of arrival. b. Cancellations up to 14 days before your arrival date incur no charges, with all deposits refunded. c. The deposit is non-refundable for bookings cancelled within 14 days of the booking arrival date. d. In the event of a No-Show, or bookings cancelled on the arrival date, the booking is payable in full. e. All Non-Refundable bookings will be charged the full amount upon booking and are non-refundable under any circumstances. f. We highly recommend holiday makers take out travel insurance to cover for unforeseen circumstances and/or cancellation fees.
