Credit card details required when booking and FULL payment on arrival. Please inform Hanmer Springs Scenic Views Motel in advance of your expected arrival time. Check-in from 2pm – 7pm. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will NOT accommodate Hen, Stag, or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check-in with a parent or official guardian. Children of all ages are welcome in all the Family Apartments, and we have a port-a-cot available if required. The Studio Units are not really suitable for young children, please contact the office if you are travelling with young children and wish to book a Studio Unit. Please note our Executive Spa Pool Suite and Studio Spa Bath Unit are Adults ONLY. Cancellation Policy is 48 hours prior to arrival date. Regretfully all bookings not cancelled by this time will have the first night’s tariff debited to your credit card or the deposit forfeited. Our Motel has a strict NO PARTY, Noise and Disruption policy, this means any individual or group found to be drunk and/or disorderly or making excessive noise and disruption, will be asked to leave the premises, whether they reside at the motel or not. Please be aware of ALL units are smoke free and pet free, one nights tariff will apply if this is not adhered to. A cleaning and/or repair charge may apply if the unit or contents are damaged or extensive rubbish left behind, please discuss with management if you have any questions.
