Payment Policy Credit card details required when booking and full payment upon arrival, 2% surcharge applies to paywave and credit card payments. Please note if guest/group arrive at the Lodge with more people than stated on reservation, including children of all ages, extra charges may apply. If room capacity unable to accommodate extra people we will endeavor to provide additional room/s however we reserved the right to cancel reservation and charge full cancellation fee due to fraudulent representation at time of booking. If any guest is unsure of room capacity, please contact Lodge Management prior to arrival. Check In Policy Check in between 2pm and 7pm, check out is prior to 10am. There is a strict NO PARTY, Noise and Disruption policy, this means any individual found to be drunk and/or disorderly or making excessive noise and disruption, will be asked to leave the premises, whether they reside at the motel or not. Please be aware of ALL units are smoke free and pet free, one nights tariff will apply if this is not adhered to. A cleaning and/or repair charge may apply if the unit or contents are damaged or extensive rubbish left behind, please discuss with management if you have any questions. Check out is prior to 10am unless previously arranged with management.
