Terms & Conditions

Payments taken on a credit or debit card by Holiday Management Co pty ltd will incur a 2% merchant terminal fee. This will automatically be applied on top of all payments made via credit or debit card. Terms and Conditions: We do make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. We reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. We reserve to right to cancel any booking if it is in excess of building standards and policies. Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. Price does not allow for any extra charges associated with departure. All Apartments are non-smoking. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments or termination of the agreed letting period. It is an offence to throw anything from the balconies and will result in immediate eviction. Disturbance to our neighbours including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental. Pets are not permitted within the complex as per body corporate by-laws. A callout fee of $100 applies for any guests who have locked themselves out of the room and require assistance for re-entry. Personal Injury & Loss – Holiday Management Co Pty Ltd or any of its employees take no responsibility for any injury for the tenant and anyone the tenant has in the said property and common areas at any time during the tenancy and is the tenants responsibility. Personal property, damages, breakages, theft and loss of the tenant/tenant’s property and anyone else s property within the said property are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay. Damages or breakage of the property and its contents during the tenant's letting period is the tenant's responsibility and costs of repairs and replacements will be charged to the tenant from credit card details provided. We do make every attempt to contact the tenant within 48 hours of departure however if the tenant is not contactable, we reserve the right to process any payments required to cover loss, damage or extra cleaning as stated below. Pre-authorisation/Bond: Please note a bond is applicable when booking our properties. Each cost varies depending on the size of the property. The bond may be from $100 to $1000. This is a requirement of check in. Departure – Check out time is 10am. Late checkout fees may apply if apartment is not vacated by this time. Late checkout fee is $50 per hour for every hour until 2pm, until which time an additional nights’ accommodation will be charged. Keys are to be returned to Holiday Management Co upon departure unless otherwise advised, failure to do so will incur loss of keys fee ($150 per key) and misplaced key callout fee ($100) at a combined fee of $250. Excess Cleaning fees or replacement costs may apply if: · All rubbish and guest items not belonging to the apartment should be removed entirely prior to your departure. · All items that have been used from the kitchen are to be cleaned and returned to its original place and NOT left in the sink or dishwasher. · The oven is not left in the same condition as found upon arrival. · Any heavy soiling of any linen or bedding. · Marking of curtains due to spillage and or any other form of damage. The apartment must be left in a similar condition as provided to you upon entry. Fire Alarms: Please be aware that if you set off the fire alarms a call out fee of up to $850 may be charged to the guest/s responsible. Please use the rangehood when cooking. Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements in writing. You will be asked to supply a credit card upon check-in for security purposes and sign stating you agree to the above terms and conditions. We reserve to right to terminate your tenancy should any of these above Terms and Conditions are not met.
