Thank you for booking with Julians Apartments. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been successfully processed. A confirmation PDF receipt will be emailed to you when this is complete. This will indicate the booking is confirmed. We require you to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the balance of the accommodation is to be settled on arrival. credit card fees apply to guests. additional 1.6% Visa and Mastercard 2.4% Amex. 7 days' notice is required for deposit refunds on bookings except for ( School holiday dates December through to end of January and Easter Period where 30 days cancellation notice is required for refunds of deposit.
