1. Payments: The balance of your booking will be charged to your credit card 48 hours prior to arrival (or 14 days prior during peak periods). Your card may also be charged for damages, missing items, or unpaid accounts. We do not require a deposit. 2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival (or 14 days prior during peak periods) to avoid the full booking fee being charged. 3. Payment Methods: Visa and Mastercard only. AMEX, cheques, and cash are not accepted. A bank surcharge of 1.43% + $0.22 applies to all card payments. 4. Security Bond: A $200 security Bond is held to cover incidental costs, damages, or compensation required for other guests. Charges may be applied to this Bond or debited to your card. 5. Refunds: No refunds will be given for shortened stays unless the Unit can be re-let for the same period. 6. Rates & Availability: All bookings are subject to availability. Rates may change without notice. Moby Dick Resort operates on NSW Daylight Savings Time when applicable. 7. Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is from 2 PM and check-out is by 10 AM (NSW time). Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge. 8. Non-Smoking: All Units are strictly non-smoking in line with legislation. This includes tobacco, vaping, and cannabis. A $200 odour removal fee will apply if breached. Smoking is only permitted in the designated area. 9. Liability: Moby Dick Resort is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, including items left in vehicles. 10. Extra Guests: Only registered guests may stay in Units. Additional guests will incur extra charges. 11. Responsibility: The registered guest is responsible for all occupants and visitors of the Unit, and for full payment of charges relating to the booking. 12. After-Hours Assistance: A call-out fee may apply for requests outside office hours. 13. By-Laws: Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff, and Resort property (including rooms, facilities, and contents). Behaviour that causes damage, disturbance, or disrespect may result in charges and/or termination of the stay without refund. 14. Keys: Lost or damaged keys incur a minimum $120 replacement fee. Locksmith charges will be passed on if required. 15. Cleaning: Please leave your Unit in a tidy condition. Excessive cleaning may incur a minimum $100 cleaning fee
