Property’s cancellation policy Pool Villa - Package: Romantic Cocoon - 2 Nights Unless otherwise stated, your deposit less cancellation fee will be refunded if notice is given 30 days prior to your arrival. At 30 days prior to your arrival, bookings become non refundable and the remaining balance will be taken from your credit card and a receipt emailed to you. Refunds of cancellations within 30 days are subject to re-letting of the villa. Cancellation or Change fee of $50.00 applies in all circumstances. It is recommended that travel insurance be obtained to cover unexpected circumstances. For our Sunshine Coast Great Walk Packages a deposit of $2000 is due at time of booking. This deposit is fully refundable until 45 days prior to arrival. At 45 days the remaining balance is payable and the booking becomes non refundable.
