Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy No penalty for cancellation made up to 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur the full cost of the reservation. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. If the apartment is re-let for the cancelled period then a refund may be made back to the guest. Payments A refundable deposit of $300 is required at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation. The balance will be debited from your nominated credit card 14 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance We highly recommend all our guests to have an appropriate level of travel insurance. Travel insurance can be arranged by various means. Credit and Debit Card Payments Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a credit or debit card. Apartment Air Conditioning Guests will enjoy the comfort of air conditioning in the main and 2nd bedrooms of all our apartments. Please contact Norfolk's Reception as air conditioning in other areas of the apartments does vary. For Pet-Friendly Apartments • Pet Supervision: All pets must be always supervised. Please ensure your pet is not left unattended in the apartment for extended periods. • Noise: Please ensure that your pet does not disturb other guests, especially at night. If your pet is prone to barking or making loud noises, we ask that you keep them indoors during quiet hours (9:00 PM – 7:00 AM). • Pets on Furniture: Pets are not permitted on furniture, including beds, couches, or chairs. Please bring your own pet bedding to ensure their comfort. • Leash Policy: For the safety of your pet and others, pets must be kept on a leash while outside the apartment. • Pet Cleanup: Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Waste bags are provided at the property, and we ask that you dispose of waste in the designated bins. Additional Considerations • Health & Safety: Please ensure your pet is up to date with vaccinations and flea treatments before your stay. If your pet has a history of aggressive behaviour, we kindly ask that you leave them at home. • Emergency Contacts: In case of emergency, please have a local veterinarian's contact information on hand. By Booking, You Agree To: • Abide by the pet rules and ensure your pet is well-behaved during the stay. • Cover the cost of any damages or additional cleaning required due to your pet. • Notify us immediately if your pet causes any damage or has an accident in the property.
