**Please Note that there is no office or manager on site. Prior to your arrival day, instructions will be sent for how to access your key from the electronic safe located just outside the gate in the underground carpark. CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT & PAYMENT POLICY GENERAL Bookings may be cancelled or modified up to 14 days before arrival date free of charge. Payment for Accommodation will be charged on the 14th day Prior to Arrival. If cancelled or modified after this, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. For bookings made within 14 days of arrival the full tariff will be charged on booking. PEAK PERIODS * Summer Break - December - January During Peak Periods, if cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Payment for Accommodation will be charged on the 30th day Prior to Arrival. If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the full tariff will be charged on booking. If the apartment is re-let for the cancelled period, then a refund may be made back to the guest. Travel Insurance We highly recommend all our guests to have an appropriate level of travel insurance to protect against loss of money if unable to make your reservation. Unless otherwise advised by you, in writing, upon delivery of your booking confirmation, acceptance and agreement to this Cancellation Policy is assumed.
