CANCELLATION POLICY/REFUNDS: Direct Bookings Low Season: 14 days notification - Free Cancellation, Refund of Deposit 14 days or less notification - Loss of Deposit, No Refund 48 hours or less notification - Full accommodation cost is payable High Season: 28 days notification - Refund of deposit less $100 administration fee. 28 days or less notification - No Refund. Package Bookings: Full payment required at time of booking which is non-refundable, no amendments or changes permitted. Travel Agent Bookings: If booking via a Travel Agent or On-line Booking Agency the terms and conditions provided by them will apply to your booking and you should ask your travel agent/on-line booking agency for a copy of these terms and conditions. BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS Requests for specific floor levels and apartment numbers will be on a request basis and cannot be guaranteed. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult such as a parent or guardian. If a guest is found to be under the age of 18 and is not accompanied by an adult, Oceans Mooloolaba may immediately cancel the guest’s booking. Extra Bedding Unless otherwise specified on your confirmation. Rollaways are at a cost of $60 per night and Cots can be quoted at time of booking. In the event of a booking system error, malfunction or availability error Oceans Mooloolaba Management reserves the right to cancel any such reservation. Additional cleaning charges will apply in the event of apartment being left in an unacceptable condition. Oceans Mooloolaba are unable take arrivals on Christmas Day and room servicing will not be available GOOD TO BOOK DISCLAIMER [Last updated 7 March 2022] We are a member of Good To Book, a risk management database for Short Term Accommodation Providers (STAPs) (‘GtoB database’). We will use the GtoB database to search your name and the names of guests booking or staying with you at our accommodation. If we find an entry on the GtoB database, this indicates that there was some problem caused by you, or one of your guests, at a previous accommodation you have stayed at. Based on information on the GtoB database, we may refuse to accept your accommodation request or booking (and will refund any money you have paid) or we may impose additional restrictions on your stay (for example, an additional security bond). We cannot check the accuracy of the GtoB database nor can we disclose to you any information on the GtoB database or the STAP who uploaded the information, as this information is confidential. The information on the database is used for evaluative purposes so accommodation providers can decide whether to enter into a contract for accommodation with you or not. We accept no liability for our use of the GtoB database, including any reliance we make on the information contained on the GtoB database, even if the information uploaded is incorrect. We may also upload information to the GtoB database if you cause damage or harm to us, our staff, guests or our property during your stay. Providing we are not negligent, we will not be liable to you or any other person for any consequence arising from the upload of information to the GtoB database by us. Privacy Policy: We may disclose your personal information where you have consented to us doing so. We may also be required or authorised by law to disclose your personal information. Where you provide your personal information to one of our managed properties, for example, when making a reservation or during your stay, we may use that information to send you marketing communications about the property you stayed at, as well as other properties within the Belmo Group portfolio, where we reasonably believe those communications may be of interest to you.
