CANCELLATION POLICY: Low Season: 14 days notification - Free Cancellation, Refund of Deposit 14 days or less notification - Loss of Deposit, No Refund 48 hours or less notification - Full accommodation cost is payable High Season: 28 days notification, refund of deposit less $100 administration fee. 28 days or less notification - no refund. BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS Oceans Mooloolaba do not take ARRIVALS on CHRISTMAS DAY and room servicing is not available on this day either. Requests for specific floor levels and apartment numbers will be on a request basis and cannot be guaranteed. Oceans uses outside suppliers for transfers, spa treatments and other third party services, Oceans accepts no responsibility for changes to fees and surcharges that may apply. In the event of a booking system error, malfunction or availability error Oceans Mooloolaba Management reserves the right to cancel any such reservation. Additional cleaning charges will apply in the event of apartment being left in an unacceptable condition.
