Check-in / Check-out Time Check-in time 2.00 p.m. Check-out time 10.00 a.m. Office Hours Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.00pm Saturday 8.30am - 11.30am After-hours check-ins are available – Please contact the property prior to arrival for late arrival procedure. Payments Out of peak times full payment is required 7 days prior to arrival. Peak times (QLD, NSW School holidays and special events) Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival. Payments via credit card (MC or VISA only accepted) will incur a 0.5% Fee Refunds Out of peak – Up until 7 days prior to arrival you can cancel with no penalty. Between 7 days and arrival date no refund will be given and all funds paid will be forfeited Peak times - Up until 14 days prior to arrival you can cancel with no penalty. This property does not have the resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual “Schoolies Week” period which includes security to ensure their personal safety.
