COVID-19 Information Please note that cancellation policies at management discretion will amended if you are directly effected by a Government directed Covid Policy i.e. Hotspot, Border Closure etc. Please note: If booking Pre-Payment Special the full amount will be taken as deposit 42 Days prior to arrival.. CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT & PAYMENT POLICY GENERAL Bookings may be cancelled or modified up to 14 days before arrival date free of charge. Payment for Accommodation will be charged on the 14th day Prior to Arrival. If cancelled or modified after this, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. For bookings made within 14 days of arrival the full tariff will be charged on booking. PEAK PERIODS *16th September 2022 - 3rd October 2022 *16th December 2022 - 8th January 2023 * 6th to 10th April 2023 If cancelled or modified up to 42 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Payment for Accommodation will be charged on the 42nd day Prior to Arrival. If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. For bookings made within 42 days of arrival the full tariff will be charged on booking. If the apartment is re-let for the cancelled period, then a refund may be made back to the guest. Travel Insurance We highly recommend you have an appropriate level of travel insurance.
