**Please Note that the Reception closes at 3pm Weekdays and midday on Weekends and public holidays. If you are checking in outside these hours you need to contact office to arrange final payment and instructions on how to access your key. CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT & PAYMENT POLICY GENERAL *Bookings cancelled or modified up to 5 days before arrival date will not be charged *If cancelled or modified after this, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation may be charged. *Payment for Accommodation will be charged in accordance with the policy you book under - generally 5 days before arrival *In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. PEAK PERIODS – Policy – School holidays *Bookings cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival will incur a 1-night cancellation fee *If cancelled or modified later than 30 days prior to arrival, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation may be charged. *Payment for Accommodation will be charged in accordance with the policy you book under - generally 30 days before arrival *In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
