Paradise Private Collection – Booking Terms and Conditions By confirming a booking with Paradise Private Collection (PPC), guests agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Booking Confirmation Bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received 30 days prior to arrival. The person making the booking must be at least 21 years of age and must stay at the property unless otherwise agreed. 2. Payment Policy Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking. 3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. We recommend guests take out travel insurance to protect against unforeseen changes or cancellations. 4. Check-In and Check-Out Check-in: from 2:00 PM Check-out: by 10:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability. 5. House Rules No parties, events or schoolies permitted. No smoking inside any property. Pets are not allowed unless specifically approved. Please leave the property clean and tidy. Excess cleaning may incur an additional charge. 6. Guest Responsibilities Guests are expected to take good care of the property and report any damage or maintenance issues promptly. Lost keys or remote controls may incur a replacement charge. All guests must comply with property rules and any applicable Body Corporate by-laws. 7. Property Access PPC or its authorised contractors may access the property for essential maintenance or inspection, with prior notice where possible. 8. Limitation of Liability PPC is not liable for personal injury, loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay. We are not responsible for disruptions to services (e.g. power, internet, water) caused by external factors. 9. Privacy Guest information is collected securely and handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws.
