Pelican Waters Resort - Terms & Conditions By booking accommodation with Pelican Waters Resort you agree to the following terms and conditions: Cancellation Policy *When a booking is cancelled outside of 7 days of your arrival date, no cancellation fees will apply. *When a booking is cancelled within 7 days of your arrival date, the guest will forfeit their full accommodation amount. *In peak season the above will be altered to 21 days’ notice. * If dates of stay have already been altered prior to cancellation then the guest will forfeit their full deposit Tariffs and Deposits A valid Credit Card is required at time of booking however the full payment isn't required until 7 days prior to your arrival for low season reservations; Low/Mid-Season Full accommodation balance will be debited from your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival. High/Peak Season A $500 deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance will be taken in full 21 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable if cancelled. If we are unable to process the final balance, Pelican Waters Resort will make contact with the guest via the details given at the time of booking. You will have an additional 48 hours to contact us to confirm final payment otherwise the booking will be released, and deposit lost in full. Early Departures/ Change of Dates No refunds will be given for early departures. The changing of dates can be altered subject to availability and at the discretion of Management. Any guest booking via a third-party online agent will not be permitted changes. Accommodation rates will also be adjusted accordingly. Security Bond When checking in all guests are required to provide credit card details to cover any miscellaneous/incidental charges. If a guest does not have a credit card then a $300 cash deposit will be required, in which case your room will be checked by Management on your departure and the cash deposit refunded to the guest if it is left in an acceptable manner. Please note that there is a 1.05% surcharge when paying with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Damages to Apartments Guests are required to leave the apartments in a tidy manner or you may be charged for extra cleaning at the discretion of Management. Guests will be held liable for any damage to, or losses in the apartment. Requests/Unit Allocations Pelican Waters Resort will endeavour to grant any requests made by the guest however these requests cannot always be guaranteed.
