We're a family owned & run business, not a faceless chain! So come and enjoy our warmth & hospitality in our modern refurbished apartments. We're a little bit different to staying in a hotel, we're fully self-catering which means that all out modern & refurbished apartments have full kitchens (with gas hobs, ovens & fully kitted out kitchens), full laundry facilities are in all our apartment types (washer & dryer) and modern bathrooms (some of our larger deluxe apartment styles also have oversized Jacuzzi spa baths), but all have walk-in showers. Many of our guests choose to stay with us as our location means that we are the closest beachside location from Brisbane CBD, so if you want to avoid the hustle and crowds of the Gold Coast (or avoid the traffic on the Bruce Highway up to the Sunshine Coast!) Redcliffe is the ideal spot. For Redcliffe first-timers, you'll be pleasantly surprised by the great mix of dining options with excellent coffee shops & eateries right on our doorstop as well a great choice of boutique homewares & fashion stores to while away the hours (& the dollars) in!
Terms & Conditions CONDITIONS OF BOOKING AND OCCUPANCY * For direct bookers the balance will be processed in full 48hrs prior to your arrival (For Online Third Party bookings payment will be taken as per your booking conditions) unless prior payment arrangements have been made with Reception. The credit card on file will be debited for payment -if details have not been provided we will be in contact on this day. * Please check your receipt and contact our office immediately should there be any discrepancy. 1. Charges must be paid by direct deposit or credit card before occupancy commences unless special prior arrangements have been made. 2. Occupancy starts and finishes on the dates shown on the receipt. 3. The Guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by any Guest together with all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the apartment and it's contents or the Body Corporate property caused by any Guest, including but without limiting the generality of the foregoing furniture, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery and fittings and the tenant will within 7 days of a demand by the agent pay to the agent at the address shown on the face of their receipt, the cost of the replacements or repair ( at the discretion of the agent) of any such item damaged or lost. 4. The apartment must not be used for unlawful purpose. 5. Guests must only park cars in designated areas. Each room booking includes one complimentary undercover, secured car park. Additional car parks are available at $30 per night, per extra vehicle, subject to availability. Unauthorised vehicles parked onsite will be charged $30 per night. 6. Only the number of people shown on the receipt/booking slip may stay in the apartment overnight. 7. No animals or pets are to be brought onto the complex. 8. Neither the Body Corporate, the Manager nor the apartment owner is liable for any damage or loss of property which a Guest may sustain while on the complex. 9. The By-laws, Rules and Regulations of the complex and any reasonable direction of the Manager must be complied with. The apartment must be vacated if after receiving a warning, any Guest (or their visitors) fails to comply. (Where Guests have been requested to refrain from excessive noise or behaviour and continue to offend, the Management reserves the right to immediately terminate the tenancy). 10. There is no refund on early departures. 11. The Manager may inspect the apartment at anytime with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if the Manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions. 12. The Manager and the apartment owner are not responsible for any misdescription of the apartment. 13. In the event of a Guest desiring to cancel the booking, a refund of the deposit, less an administration fee $25, will only be made if more than 14 days notice is given in high season or 7 days notice at other times. 14. The Guest authorises the Manager to charge any credit card for any loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any Guest is liable under this document or otherwise. 15. If the occupancy ends or is terminated, the Guest must immediately vacate the apartment. The Manager is authorised to do whatever is required to enforce the eviction of any Guest and removal of Guest's property. 16. Child under the Age of 6 can stay free using existing bedding. Number of child stay free is subject to room type Max numbers. 17. Early Check In fees are as follows: Check In fee from 11am $60.00. Check In fee from 12pm $45.00. Check In fee from 1pm $30.00. Please note, early Check In's are subject to availability.
