Up here, it’s all about the views. Take in breathtaking 360-degree panoramas across the Pumicestone Passage, Bribie Island, the Pacific Ocean, and the iconic Glass House Mountains. Start your day with a refreshing swim in our heated rooftop pool (set to a perfect 28°C), or unwind in the spa at a soothing 38°C - ideal after a morning walk or a day exploring the coast. As the day winds down, this space really comes to life. Watch the sun set behind the Glass House Mountains, or spot ships gliding along the horizon - it’s one of those “pause and take it all in” moments, it's all brilliant. Our rooftop also features two separate covered BBQ areas with spacious seating, perfect for relaxed afternoons, casual get-togethers, or celebrating something special. Or simply grab a drink, settle in with friends, and soak up what many say are some of the best views in Caloundra. Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our Vertical Village. To ensure every guest enjoys a relaxing and respectful stay, we ask that you review and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Terms & Conditions of Stay Guest Registration All guests must register their attendance at Reception in accordance with State Fire Legislation. No Smoking Policy This is a strictly non-smoking building in line with Body Corporate By-Laws. Smoking anywhere within the building or on the premises is prohibited. Any breach will result in immediate eviction without refund. Responsibility for Charges & Damages Guests are responsible for all costs associated with their stay, including but not limited to: Additional cleaning/Damage or breakages/Misuse of facilities or common areas. By confirming your booking, you authorise management to charge any such costs to the credit card provided. Keys & Access Lost or misplaced keys will incur a replacement fee of $250 per key set. Noise & Behaviour Guests must respect other residents and keep noise to a minimum at all times. Excessive noise or complaints may result in eviction without refund. No Parties / No Pets Parties and pets are strictly prohibited in all apartments and throughout the property. Children & Safety Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times when on Level 12 and in the gym area. Use of Facilities All guests and visitors use the building’s facilities at their own risk. Liability Disclaimer The Owner, Manager, and Body Corporate accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings within apartments or common areas. Access to Apartments Management reserves the right to access any apartment for maintenance purposes or in the event of an emergency. Credit Card Fees A 1.5% credit card surcharge applies to all transactions.
