CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT POLICY LOW SEASON: If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. PEAK SEASON: If cancelled or modified up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. If the apartment is re-let for the cancelled period then a refund may be made back to the guest. Please note that the balance of accommodation may be charged to your nominated credit card when the booking enters the “non refundable” period. EARLY BIRD BOOKING CONDITIONS: If you have booked an Early Bird special – please note the following conditions apply: This is a non refundable and non transferable booking. Full payment will be processed to your credit card at the time of booking. TRAVEL INSURANCE: We highly recommend all our guests to have an appropriate level of travel insurance. Travel insurance can be arranged by many travel agents. Unless otherwise advised by you, in writing immediately, acceptance and agreement to this Cancellation Policy is assumed.
