1. All Online Enquiries require formal confirmation from Sandrift management prior to being deemed a Confirmed Booking. You should receive an email confirmation within 48 hours. If you do not, please contact us directly. 2. Confirmation is subject to Room Availability and any payment due being processed. 3. The guest can cancel for free until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel within the 14 days before arrival. Holiday Season & Peak Season (20/12/2024 to 02/02/2025) – The guest can cancel for fee until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel within the 30 days before arrival. All cancellations must be in writing. 4. No refunds are given after check-in including early departures. 5. Accepted forms of payment include Visa Card, Mastercard, and Amex. Each incurs a surcharge of 2%. A valid Credit Card is required for entry and must be presented during check-in. Once you receive the booking confirmation email, we will provide you with our details so that you have the option to make a bank transfer, which does not incur any additional fees. Sandrift Beachfront Apartments reserves the right to ask for a security deposit upon your arrival.
