Cancellation Policy Please note that we highly recommend travel insurance to be taken at the time of booking. If your reservation is cancelled within the cancellation policy please be advised that the full amount of your booking will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for shortened length of stays, this includes guests who have been removed from the property due to a breach of house rules. Your Arrival Check-in time is from 2pm. It may be possible for us to store your luggage should you arrive earlier until your room is ready in our office on Macrossan (opposite the Post Office). Check-out time is strictly 10am. Account Settlement We require a credit card for all reservations, this is to be used as guarantee on your booking and will be kept on file for the duration of your stay. The balance of your accommodation will be charged to the nominated credit card at either 7 or 30 days. If you wish to settle your account with an alternative card or by other means, please contact us prior to organise this. All other charges on the room account are to be settled on departure. Check In Instructions You will be sent check-in instructions and directions to your accommodation via email the day prior to your stay. An online-check in link will sent to your phone the day of arrival (Australian phone numbers only). Alternatively you can check-in in person in our office during your stay. Important Information About Your Booking Seascape Holidays is an external Holiday Letting Agency with its office situated on Macrossan Street opposite the Post Office. Our office hours are 9am until 5pm weekdays and from 9am until 1pm on Saturdays. Seascape Holidays has its own Maintenance and Housekeeping team and can be contacted during business hours at 07 4099 6748. Though apartments are often part of a larger resort complex, you have booked a privately managed, self-contained apartment. Upon arrival, you do not check-in with on-site reception. We will provide full details of your check-in prior to arrival. You will have full use of the facilities, however there is no room service available. Our tariffs do not include daily services or refreshing of towels, but this can be arranged for an additional fee. If you are staying beyond a week, you will receive a full linen change halfway through your stay.
