Seascape Holidays is an independent holiday letting agency with an office conveniently located on Macrossan Street, directly opposite the Post Office. While your accommodation may be located within a larger resort complex, it is a privately managed property. You do not check-in with onsite reception and luggage storage facilities are not available. Our dedicated in-house Maintenance and Housekeeping teams are here to support you during your stay. For assistance during business hours, please contact us on (07) 4099 6748. Payment & Account Settlement A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings and will be held on file for the duration of your stay. Your accommodation balance will be charged to this card either 7 or 30 days before your arrival, depending on the property. If you'd prefer to use a different card or payment method, please contact us in advance to make arrangements. Check-In & Arrival Details Check-in time: From 2:00 PM Check-out time: Strictly by 10:00 AM Check-in is completed via a self-check-in process. You will receive detailed access instructions approximately 48 hours before your arrival. An online check-in link will also be sent to your mobile number on the day of arrival (for Australian phone numbers only). Alternatively, you’re welcome to check in at our office during your stay. If you are arriving early, we may be able to store your luggage at our Macrossan Street office until your accommodation is ready. Housekeeping & Services Guests enjoy full access to all resort facilities; however, please be aware that as a self-contained property: - Basic amenities are supplied for your arrival; however, these are not replenished throughout your stay. - Room service is not available - Daily housekeeping and towel refresh services are not included, but can be arranged for an additional fee - For stays of 8 nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay linen change is provided Cancellation Policy Once full payment has been processed, cancellations or date changes are not permitted. If you choose to cancel, the total booking cost will be forfeited. No refunds are provided for shortened stays, including in cases where guests are asked to leave due to a breach of house rules. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for both domestic and international guests.
