Strictly No parties permitted: Quiet Hours 9pm - 7am: All damage must be paid for: Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period Please Note - Photo ID is to be shown at check-in. 21+ years of Age at check-in is required. Property’s cancellation policy Low season & Mid-season: A deposit equal to the 1st night's accommodation is payable upon booking & is fully refundable until 3 days prior to arrival. Final payment is due on arrival Cancellation: Deposit is forfeited if cancelled within 3 days of arrival. Peak season A deposit equal to the 1st night is payable upon booking & full payment is required 10 days prior to arrival. Cancellation: Full payment is forfeited if cancelled within 10 days of arrival. Early Departure: There is no refund for early departure or No Show. Specials & Promotions: Full payment taken on booking. No refund if cancelled within 5 days.
