Silvershore Apartments – Guest Information Arrival & Departure After-hours arrivals: Call prior to 2pm on day of arrival to organise. Next day -visit reception to sign in and keep your fob active. Late checkout: $50 per 30 minutes unless pre-approved. During Your Stay Keep the apartment clean and respect residents and staff. Quiet hours apply in all areas. No food, glass or alcohol in pool/spa areas. No pets. Breach results in a $250 cleaning fee and eviction. Smoking, vaping, and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Keys & Access Lost keys/fobs incur a fee. After-hours lockout fee: $200. Parking Assigned spaces only (max height 2.0m). No EV charging. Unauthorised vehicles may be towed. Housekeeping Use rubbish chutes and recycling rooms on each level next to lift. Extra cleaning, rubbish removal, or damage will be charged. Safety Lock doors when away. Fire escapes for emergencies only. Tampering with alarms incurs charges. Security Deposit $200 pre-authorisation at check-in (released day after checkout if no charges). No cash payments accepted.
