Refunds Refunds for Services We provide refunds for services sold on our Site as follows: Guests can cancel their booking at any time, up to 28 days prior to their check in, cancel their booking and get a full refund. Guests cancelling their booking under 28 days from day of check in, will be charged 50% of their accommodation payment and refunded in full for the cleaning charge. Any cancellations on the day of arrival, the will be charged for the full visit, including accommodation and cleaning charges. Guarantees The following guarantees apply to our Site: There is an Authorisation Hold taken on the guests credit card, either the day prior, or the day of check in to the property. The authorisation hold is not a charge, but a hold in the event or damage. Consumer Protection Law Where the Australian Consumer Law, Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply. Limitation of Liability Sunny BNB and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.
