Terms & Conditions

Deposit & Booking Conditions To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit plus any applicable third-party booking fees. Full payment is due if booking within 30 days of arrival. Please note that third-party sites may have different payment terms. We reserve the right to refuse bookings for parties, young groups or for schoolies dates. The booking fee is non-refundable. Cancellation Policy Cancel 30+ days before arrival for a full refund, minus an $80 admin fee (excluding credit card fees). Cancel within 14 days of arrival for a 50% refund, unless we're able to rebook the dates & an admin fee $80. No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of arrival, early departures, or refusals to stay. Please note, no refunds are provided for dissatisfaction with the accommodation. Credit card surcharges are non-refundable, and prices may change. Security Deposit A security deposit (pre-authorization on a credit card) is required. No money will be taken unless damage or extra cleaning is necessary. This deposit will be released 7 business days after the property has been inspected. Extra Charges That May Apply: Postage of returned items: $25 + postage Carpet cleaning: $100 minimum Cleaning/putting away kitchen items: $50 minimum Removal of rubbish or pet waste: $100 minimum Loss of keys: $50 + cost of replacement Damage or breakages: At cost Failure to place council bins for emptying (summer): $60 minimum Movement of furniture & returning it to its original position: $100 minimum Unauthorized pets: $500 minimum The Beach House People maintain a strict No Party Policy. Any unauthorized functions will result in the retention of the security bond, with additional fees applied
