Welcome to Esplanade Apartments, Whitianga Esplanade Apartments is Whitianga's central-most apartment complex for you to enjoy your stay on the Coromandel Peninsular. Located on the harbour-front opposite Whitianga Harbour's ferry wharf, tour boats and children’s playground, Esplanade Apartments has many neighbouring cafes and restaurants and is only a short stroll from the main beach or Whitianga shops. Each apartment is self-catering (not serviced daily) and offers a private balcony with a choice of views of either the Whitianga harbour, the ocean, our swimming pool or partial views of the harbour. Each apartment has full kitchen facilities (dishwasher, full-sized fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, cooktop), washing machine, Sky digital 50+ channel TV, free WIFI, and secure basement parking with lifts to all levels. A complimentary starter pack is provided. The Esplanade Apartments provide affordable self-contained accommodation. We offer one, two and three-bedroom apartment options, not to forget our Penthouse Ocean-view apartment for the discerning traveller or someone wanting a romantic getaway. The complex features a swimming pool and spa pool.

Payment For Christmas, New Year, Scallop Festival Weekend and Auckland Anniversary Weekend - we require a non-refundable 50% deposit which will be charged to your credit card one month before your stay. All other bookings require your credit card details to secure your booking. We will not charge your credit card prior to your arrival, the full amount is due on check-in. Check-in time is normally from 2:00pm to 6:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am. For arrival later than 6.00pm please call 027 647 2583 to arrange your check-in. Cancellation Cancellation fees are at the discretion of The Esplanade Apartments Management and a cancellation fee may apply. You can cancel free of charge until 3 days before your arrival. (This is not applicable if you have paid a non-refundable deposit). If you cancel within 3 days of your arrival, the total price of the reservation will be debited against your credit card. For no shows, your credit card will be charged the full booking amount. No refund for early departure. Check In By signing, I/We acknowledge and agree that I/We are jointly and severally liable for all accommodation costs and that it obligates us to comply with the following: >The Esplanade Apartments Body Corporate Rules in every respect, especially with regard to noise. >We agree that we will not use the balconies after 10pm so not to disturb other guests/visitors. >We agree that the Management reserves the right to remove any guest/visitor who causes a disturbance to any other occupier (without refund). >We agree to not remove any of the shampoo, body wash and hand soap bottles from the Apartment. If we do, we understand that we will be charged for replacement bottles. >Any Damage/Loss, Theft or Costs in connection with all services provided by The Esplanade Apartments will be charged to the credit card provided. >Any bedroom and/or bathroom used that was not part of the booking will be charged at the advertised nightly rate to the credit card provided. >Strictly no pets allowed on the property, including the car parking areas.
