DEPOSIT POLICY: LOW & MID SEASON: You will be charged a prepayment of the first night's RACK RATE after reservation and the remaining amount in the 3 days before arrival. HIGH SEASON: You will be charged a prepayment of the first night's RACK RATE after reservation and the remaining amount in the 14 days before arrival. CONFIRMED BOOKINGS - A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed. - A deposit of the first night's RACK RATE tariff will confirm a booking. - The balance of the tariff is due 3 days prior to arrival in LOW & MID SEASON and 14 days prior to arrival during HIGH SEASON. The administration fee covers the cost of processing the booking, receipting and banking the deposits, cancelling the booking from the system, drawing any refund payment, bank charges and communications.
